- Is what I paste private?
- Yes. The messages you paste are processed only to generate your result and are not used to train AI models or sold to anyone. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
- How does the founding-member offer work?
- The first 1,000 members lock LOWDOWN Pro at $59/year — forever — instead of the $179/year standard rate. Joining the waitlist costs nothing today; we email founders a private activation link the day the app launches. The locked rate stays yours for as long as your subscription is active.
- When does the iOS app launch?
- We're in the final stretch of Apple's review process. Join the waitlist and you'll be among the first to get the link — founders get it before anyone else.
- How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple account settings under Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals.
- Can I get a refund?
- Purchases are handled by Apple and follow Apple's refund policy. Request refunds through Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com.
- What's in the free tier?
- Three decodes a month, all four modes, no credit card required. Upgrade to Plus or Pro when you want unlimited decodes and more.
